





Spiced Rum 500ml
Our Spiced Rum has been resting for over five years in special barrels, traditionally reserved for the finest of Tasmanian whiskey. We use a Solera System to age our Rum, which allows us to control the flavour profile of every golden drop.
Golden hue. Nose of cardamom, cinnamom, herbal spice and festive warmth. Palate of candied ginger, caramel, lemongrass and nutmeg. with a peppery finish. Fresh orange adds a slight fruity / citrus note.
We produced 100 bottles per release.
Every delicious drop is fermented, distilled, aged and hand - bottled in Lutruwita/Tasmania.
